Cannes Film Festival is definitely one of the most prestigious film festivals in the world. The whose who of all the film industries in the world walks the red carpet at Cannes. Cannes is a French city and thus fashion is slightly more permissible by normal standards. However, the celebrities attending Cannes take this fashion license too far. That is why, some of the most revealing dresses are seen in Cannes.

These most revealing dresses at Cannes are often the worst fashion disasters too. Celebrities at Cannes get overwhelmed by the occasion and wear some really atrocious dresses. The skin show parade is often not in good taste either with each celeb trying to wear their most revealing dresses at Cannes.
