Angelina Jolie along with Brad Pitt was in London for the premiere of the movie, 'World War Z'. The movie stars Brad Pitt only and Angelina Jolie flew to London to lend him some support. After all, Brad Pitt stood by Angelina Jolie during her double mastectomy like the rock of Gibraltar. It was her turn to be there for him.

So, the London premiere of 'World War Z' was the first time when we saw Angelina Jolie after her double mastectomy and breast reconstruction. She walked the red carpet for the first time in months after her surgery on April 27th. Earlier this year, Angelina Jolie revealed that she was diagnosed with a gene that predisposed her to breast cancer. A preventive double mastectomy was what Angelina Jolie opted for. Considering both her mother and aunt died of breast cancer, this was a wise and brave decision.

Angelina Jolie managed to look just as hot as before after her surgeries. In fact, had we not known that she has undergone double mastectomy, we would never have suspected. The breast re-construction that she underwent seems to be very successful. Angelina Jolie sizzled in a black Saint Laurent gown. The gown was partly sheer. Wearing all black outfits has been a trademark style of Angelina Jolie and she continued with it.

Angelina clung on to long-time partner Brad Pitt's arm for support. The Hollywood duo looked just as hot as ever. Brad Pitt has grown his dirty blond hair beyond his shoulders. He looked quite dashing with his long mane open while he sported a jet black jacket with a black shirt. Brad Pitt has been extremely vocal in his support for Angelina and called her 'brave' and an 'amazing woman'. With his support, Angelina has recovered from her surgeries in a month and is now busy directing her new movie 'Unbroken'.

In some post-mastectomy interviews, Angelina Jolie said that she did not feel any less of a woman. Seeing her walk the red carpet resonated the confidence in her words. She carried herself with utmost grace and dignity. And she did so knowing fully well that the paparazzi all over the world will be scanning her bust for signs of the mastectomy.
