The way to a person"s heart is through their stomach, believes Kailash Gundupalli, Executive Chef at ibis Bengaluru Techpark! With great attention to detail, Kailash creates an exquisite Indian menu to bring alive the spice in your relationship.
The dishes include Mutton Sagwala, Fish Moilee and Malai Kofta with the chef"s unique twist. Paying tribute to the cosmopolitan couple, there is a selection of global flavours which include Fresh Beans Crème, Roasted Beetroot with Blue Cheese Date and Avocado Salad with Mesculine. Apart from the buffet dishes, there will be live Oriental, Western and South Indian counters doling out hot kothu parotas, grills and kebabs created to tantalize your taste buds. Sweetening the deal, the chef has whipped up signature aphrodisiac desserts such as Gianduja mousse with strawberries, Rum Stewed Figs with Vanilla Pannacotta and Strawberry Payasam.
