The dishes include Mutton Sagwala, Fish Moilee and Malai Kofta with the chef"s unique twist. Paying tribute to the cosmopolitan couple, there is a selection of global flavours which include Fresh Beans Crème, Roasted Beetroot with Blue Cheese Date and Avocado Salad with Mesculine. Apart from the buffet dishes, there will be live Oriental, Western and South Indian counters doling out hot kothu parotas, grills and kebabs created to tantalize your taste buds.
