What To Feed Golden Retrievers?
- You can give him any food but all that you need care is hygiene as the dog breed is a little sensitive. Biscuits, boiled brown rice, boiled egg, mashed potatoes, toasted wheat bread are all good golden retriever diet foods.
- It is said that they genetically related to the wolves of the wild so the diet of wolves can be the diet for the retrievers. Their day to day meal should contain substantial amount of meat and grains.
- Chicken and lamb pieces with boiled rice, a few boiled vegetables like carrots and potatoes make their royal meal.
- Their snacks can toasted bread slices and healthy multi grain biscuits. Bread slices can also be soaked in milk.
- Never give golden retrievers with food containing the meat byproducts such as the intestine, beaks, nexk, feet etc. Always prefer natural for your pet.
