- 1 litre of water
- 400 grams of onion
- 2 spoons of ginger and turmeric
- 400 grams of honey
Preparation:
Combine the water with the onion and bring it to a simmer. Add two spoons of grated ginger root and turmeric. Make sure to use fresh roots instead of the powdered ones.
Let this mixture simmer for ten minutes and then add the honey. Stir until it blends well. For a thicker mixture, you can stir it well until it reaches the desired consistency.
Take two spoons in the morning on an empty stomach and at night before bed.

This healing mixture combines the cleansing effects of all the ingredients with the natural expelling abilities of the respiratory system.
