Ingredients:
- ½ spoon whole-dried fennel seeds
- ½ spoon whole-dried coriander seeds
- ¼th to ½ spoon of whole-dried cumin seeds
- 3 cups of water
Preparation:
Grind all the seeds and place the mixture in a coffee grinder or use a mortar and pestle to create a fine powder. Put this powder in some water in a small saucepan and boil it.
Simmer it for five minutes and then remove from heat. Later, add some honey to it for the flavour. Strain the liquid and drink it immediately or pour it over ice for a cool drink. This can turn out to be one of the best natural remedies for digestion and weight loss.
