1. Walnuts
Walnuts and other types of nuts like peanuts, avocados, cashews, etc. are a storehouse of healthy fats. Healthy fats are monounsaturated fats which help your skin to remain hydrated. These healthy fats can also help you absorb vitamins and help keep your skin radiant.
2. Olive Oil

3. Fish Oil

4. Garlic
Garlic is a reserve of an antioxidant named allicin. Such antioxidants are known to annihilate free radicals which reduce wrinkles and thus prevent premature ageing. Cloves of garlic if eaten raw are very effective.
5. Sesame Seeds

6. Dark Chocolates

7. Pomegranate

8. Green Tea
Green tea helps you live longer. People who consume green tea daily are less susceptible to diseases like Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease. It is anti-carcinogenic and prevents various kinds of cancer. It gives a boost to your cardiovascular system.
