Stomach cancer is dangerous. And the problem with it is that it doesn't show any symptoms in the starting stage. And when it shows symptoms, you might even think that it is just a minor digestive issue.
Actually, stomach cancer is nothing but formation of cancer cells in your stomach. It could first occur in the stomach's inner lining. When the cells develop into a tumour, the situation worsens.

Though the exact reasons behind the cancer are not yet known, health experts identified certain risk factors like bacteria that cause ulcers and so on. Even gut inflammation could raise the risk of stomach cancer.

If you have the habit of excessive smoking and if you have been suffering from inflammation in your stomach then it is better to go for a check up.

Some people may suffer from this type of cancer if their ancestors had stomach cancer; it means genetic factors also play a role in causing stomach cancer.

Some types of bacterial infections (H. Pylori), poor diet habits and even obesity could also raise the risk of stomach cancer.
