1. Lack Of Exercise:
Are you getting enough exercise? If not, then make sure to get enough exercise to fall asleep without any hitch at night. Exercising helps you to fall asleep faster and helps to improve your sleep time as well.

2. Stress:
You might have difficulty in sleeping if you are too tensed or stressed out. This will not only prevent you from falling asleep, it will also prevent you from getting a sound sleep. Try some calming exercises, meditation and yoga to get rid of this problem.

3. Poor Sex:
Research has proved that people who do not have enough sex find it difficult to get proper sleep at night. Being intimate not only relaxes your mind and body, it also helps you to sleep better.

4. Sleep During Day:
If you take a nap during the day, make sure to sleep for not more than twenty minutes. If you sleep more than this time period, you will end up not getting enough sleep at night.

5. Interact With Friends:
People who have healthy friendships and interact with their friends on a regular basis and also with their children were found according to research to get good sleep as a result of the rise in happy hormones in the body.

6. Room Temperature:
Check the temperature of your room to fall asleep faster. Adjust the temperature at a level that makes you comfortable to get good sleep.

7. Reading Scary Stories:
If you are in the habit of reading scary stories or watching scary television shows, think twice. These will prevent you from falling asleep quickly.

8. Caffeine Addiction:
If you are addicted to caffeine and find it difficult to sleep at night, limit your intake of caffeine. This has been found to cause sleep disturbances.
