Ways To Reduce Breast Tenderness
Breast tenderness can be a result of many factors. It can be caused by hormone replacement therapy, cysts, mastitis or local infection, pregnancy, large breasts, breast cancer and medications including antidepressants. Sometimes it is a sign of your periods approaching.
Sometimes it becomes so painful and unbearable that women find it really difficult to carry on with their daily responsibilities. However, the good news is that there are certain ways in which women can get rid of breast tenderness naturally.

The first thing to do is to reduce oestrogen exposure. You can do this by eating organic food, not taking birth control pills, avoiding dairy products, avoiding soy foods, avoiding pesticide and herbicide exposure and by eating flaxseeds.
Detoxify your liver once in a while as it is the main site for detoxifying oestrogen. You can do this by eating certain herbs and greens. Eating turmeric, dandelion root, artichoke, Brussels sprouts, collard, kale, broccoli, etc. helps. These help to detoxify the liver and also to flush out oestrogen from your system.
See to it that your digestive system functions properly and your bowels are clear all the time. Consume probiotics, flaxseeds, magnesium nitrate and include lots of fibre in your diet for this. Excess oestrogen is flushed out through your excretory system. So make sure that you poop daily in order to get it out of your system.
Inflammation causes swelling and pain in the breast. You can get rid of the hormones that cause inflammation in your breast. For this you have to reduce animal protein in your diet, eat less sugar, eat good quality fat and also include vitamin E in your diet.
See to it that there is no iodine deficiency in your body. This can lead to fibrocystic breasts. If you have iodine deficiency, include seaweeds in your diet and take supplements.
Tea, coffee and alcohol can increase breast tenderness. Instead go for water. Also, you can go for green tea. It does not interfere with oestrogen levels and has many health benefits as well.
