Of course, eat a raw fruit occasionally instead of juicing it with sugar. Now, let us start the debate of water vs fruit juice.

As water has no calories, you don't need to worry about gaining weight. Most of the fruit juices bring in lots of calories. But wait, fruit juices are healthy if they are consumed without sugar and with unfiltered fire content.

Water contains no added sugar but fruit juices contribute lots of sugar which may cause spike in blood sugar. As fruits naturally contain sugar, consume juice without sugar if you wish to.

Water hydrates you better than fruit juices. Of course, even fruit juice hydrates you but water wins the race.

Water is surely more affordable than any juice. But you must make sure that you supply your body with enough nutrients through your food if you wish to skip juice.
