Try This Remedy For Gall Stones

Gallstones cause biliary obstruction. What's meant by biliary obstruction? Well, when there is blockage in the bile ducts, it is known as biliary obstruction. Bile is carried through bile ducts from liver to intestines. Medical estimates say that women are more vulnerable to gall stones.

In order to prevent gall stones, eat a fibre-rich diet and minimise your sugar and fat consumption. Maintain healthy weight. Also, try this simple remedy:

As soon as you wake up in the morning drink 30 ml of olive oil. Soon after that drink grapefruit juice (120 ml). Consume the juice without adding salt or sugar. Do this for 15 days consistently.

This remedy works externally. Apply a few drops of castor oil on your abdomen and massage it gently. Dip a towel in hot water and squeeze it and place it on your abdomen where you applied oil. Do it for a few more times. This is a good remedy for gall stones.

Mix beetroot juice with carrot juice and cucumber juice and drink it two times in a day for 10 days. This is one of the easiest remedies for gallstones.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Take a glass of water and add a couple of spoons of apple cider vinegar. Other ways to using vinegar is add it to your salads or juices. It works well for gall stones.

Lemon Juice

Even lemon juice works. It is said to relieve you from the pain of gallbladder stones. Drink lemon juice in the morning along with a glass of water.

Juice up a pear. Add some hot water and a few drops of honey to it and drink it thrice a day. Many sources say that pears can dissolve the gall stones.

Some sources say that even wine is a remedy. Drinking half a cup of wine can help. But don't try this remedy if you think that wine could turn into an addiction.

In a cup of boiling water, add some peppermint leaves. After it boils a bit, strain and drink the tea. This is also a good remedy for gall stones.
