Tips To Protect Semen-producing Organ In Men
In men, prostate gland is a walnut-sized gland located just between the urinary bladder and the penis. It surrounds the neck of the bladder and its main function is to produce a fluid called semen. This fluid protects and nourishes the sperm.
During the time of an intercourse, the prostate gland gets squeezed to secrete semen in the urethra at the time of ejaculation, and then along with the sperm, it enters the female reproductive tract.
Unfortunately, the male prostate gland is more prone to problems such as prostatitis, inflammation of the prostate gland caused by an infection, enlarged prostate and prostate cancer.

Fatty Fish
Eating fish such as salmon, trout, sardines, mackerel, etc, helps in keeping your prostate gland in a good health. These fishes contain omega-3 fatty acids that help fight prostate cancer and also help boost your overall health.
Green Tea
Just sip a cup of green tea daily and protect your prostate gland from all issues. Green tea is rich in antioxidants and thus offers protection from all types of prostate problems. However, don't drink more than 2 cups per day.
Garlic
Men must eat one garlic daily in the morning to stay safe from prostate cancer and other prostate issues. Garlic is also good in treating other health problems. It is good for your heart and it reduces high blood pressure.
Walking And Cycling
You must keep yourself physically active and must go for jogging, cycling or just for a brisk walk. These forms of exercises can increase your metabolism, and thus help in the deactivation of the toxic substances formed in the body. These substances damage the prostate gland; but by regular exercise, they can be removed from the body.
