Bloating can occur due to a high amount of sodium in the body, which may lead a person to heavy with a filled stomach.

Bloating of stomach generally leads to an uncomfortable situation in the body with a swollen area around the waist.

To deal with it better there are foods that help to fight stomach bloating and cure the condition naturally. Have a look at the foods to combat bloating:


1. Bananas

Bananas are one of the superfoods that help to combat bloating.
