Ayurvedic Remedies For Digital Eye Strain
Pain in the eyes accompanied with certain burning sensation, redness, irritation in the eyes or, sometimes, blurred vision are few of the common complaints that every working person comes up with at the end of the day.

This is mainly caused by over straining of the eyes, improper lighting at the workplace, improper sitting posture and the distance you keep while working on the computers or it could also be due to some existing eye problem.

1. Amla:
Rich in antioxidants, having half a teaspoon of amla powder twice in a day on a daily basis can help in relieving eye strain.
2.Bhringraj:
Apply bhringraj in the form of an oil or paste over the eyes. This helps in improving your eye vision.
3. Black Pepper:
Having black pepper powder mixed along with honey helps in improving and recovering the vision and also reduces strain of the eyes.
4. Ghee:
Ghee is rich in vitamin A. For those having watery eyes, when you apply ghee to the eyes, it helps in curing this condition of watery eyes effectively.
5. Garlic:
Garlic is one of the well-known Ayurvedic ingredients. The crushed juice of garlic helps in regaining the lost eyesight and it also helps treat symptoms of digital eye strain.
6. Petals Of Rose:
Crush the rose petals and extract the juice from it. It can be used both externally and internally to improve your eye vision.
7. Licorice:
Take half a teaspoon of licorice powder, mix it with cow's milk. Drink this twice in a day, as it helps improve eye strain and also falling vision.
8. Triphala:
Take one teaspoon of triphala powder along with a teaspoon of honey before going to bed. This helps in providing relief from eye strain.
