Build Your Immunity In 7 Days!
Your immune system needs to be strong enough to defend your body against several diseases and illnesses. Every moment, various types of micro-organisms like bacteria, fungi and viruses keep trying to invade your system and cause an infection.
Of course, your immune system is defending you against those attacks but sometimes, when it gets a bit weaker, it may need your help. You need to build your immunity by relaxing your body well and consuming certain types of foods. Also, it is better to stay away from habits like smoking and drinking when your body lacks enough immunity.
Well, what are the ways to strengthen the immune system? It all starts with diet first. Eating fresh fruits and vegetables can help a lot as that would supply your body with enough vitamins and minerals. Now, let us discuss this further.

Consume Tea
Both green tea and black tea are good for your immune system. But don't over consume them. Drink 1-2 cups a day.

Eat A Raw Garlic
Garlic is one immune booster. It contains allicin, minerals like Zinc, sulfur, Selenium and vitamins A and E. As it contains anti-fungal, anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties, it can be used to boost your immune system. Eat a raw garlic on day 1.

Consume Yogurt
Curd is nutritious and also an immune booster. It is also good for your digestive system.

Consume Oats
Oats contain fibre and also anti-microbial properties. Consuming them regularly may help your body fight diseases easily.

Get Vitamin D
Though over-exposure is dangerous, getting some morning sun can be healthy. As vitamin D plays its own role in protecting your body against certain diseases like diabetes and heart issues, get some morning sun.

Consume Lemon Juice
We all know the fact that Vitamin C plays a role in defending the body against certain illnesses. It can also protect the body against bacteria, viruses and free radical damage. Consume orange or lemon juice.

Get Some Zinc
Your body needs Zinc in order to produce white blood cells and free radical damage. Consume leafy greens and whole grains or else ask your doctor to prescribe you a zinc supplement.
