Reasons Why We Lack Stamina
Lack of stamina can make you feel insane. Many who run out of stamina usually turn to pro biotic drinks and other energy boosters. But, the natural way to boost one's stamina is to drink plenty of water or fresh coconut water. These two beverages have the right amount of salts and minerals to help bring your energy levels up.
When you run out of stamina, the blood pressure in the body fails to a certain degree making you feel nauseous. You will at times also feel that your head will hit ground and your body just feels zombie like. Lack of stamina will also make you feel wretched like your world is falling apart. There are some reasons why you lack the stamina you should have. Being tired and having lack of stamina and energy can be a healthy response to emotional or physical exhaustion which needs to be looked into.

Over Stressed
When you are over stressed with work and other issues, your stamina levels begin to die down. Being over stressed also leads to other diseases and health issues which are quite dangerous. Working towards reducing the amount of stress is one of the ways to bring up the stamina.
Physical Exertion
Physical exertion is yet another reason why we lack stamina. Too much of physical exertion causes the body to feel weak. With this kind of exertion, the body will also tire down to other ligament tears and bone related problems too.
Too Much Exercising
Tired of your flab, so you hit the gym to get fit? Exercising daily for more than 2 hours is not ideal for the human body. To stay fit or to lose those pounds, you need to work with a diet and not stress the body with physical exercises. This is one of the reasons why we lack stamina.
Lack Of Sleep
When you are sleep deprived, your body feels lazy and runs out of stamina. We need at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep everyday to feel fit and energetic. Pushing your body to work when you lack sleep will only cause you to burn out more energy.
Less Intake Of Fluids
Less intake of fluids is another reason why we lack stamina. We need to have a certain amount of fluids in our body to fight viruses and other diseases too. We also need required amount of fluid to stay energetic and to burn those calories.
These are some of the reasons why we lack stamina in our day to day life. There are other reasons too which might be the cause - cancer and heart problems, which need to be looked into minutely.
