It is always advised to drink lots of water. Dehydration is one of the worst health conditions which can lead to problems. While some problems are immediate, there are some health conditions gradually develop due to dehydration. For example, dehydration can easily lead to burning sensation in the urine. Target Daily
If you are drinking water without keeping a track of the quantity, then it is a mistake. You might be gulping down a sip at short or long intervals, but think that your water intake is good. Well, keep a target. For example a glass per hour or a 1 litre bottle within 2 hours. This trick is more applicable to people who drink less water from evening.
