Avoid Deodorants
Deodorants are basically aerosols; they block your skin pores and increase body heat. You may avoid sweating temporarily with body sprays but in the long run, they make you sweat more.
Wear Comfortable Clothes
Wear clothes that allow passage of air and are not too tight on you. This helps stop sweating to a great extent.
Bathe With Cold Water
Bathing daily is not enough, you must also bathe properly. Avoid hot showers. Try to use cold water to wash off all the body heat.
