Exercises for Low Back Pain

Exercises for low back pain are –
1.Camel Stretch – One of the best exercise for the low back pain is Camel Stretch. Sit on your four hands and legs. Slowly raise the hip and the head while at the same time lowering the stomach towards the ground. This is a great exercise for the lower back and stretches the muscles thus, curing the muscle strain.
2.Supine Hamstring Stretch – Lie on your back and while keeping the left leg straight, lift your right leg pointing the feet to the ceiling. Hold the knee with both hands and make sure that the hands are straight. Make sure that the hips don"t rise while stretching the right leg. Once you feel the stretch behind the thighs hold the position for 30 seconds. This not only straightens the muscles and nerves but also helps the body take strain.
3.Partial Curl –The next best exercise for low back pain is the regular practice of the partial curl. Lie straight on your back with your knees bent and head lifted and chin tucked to the chest. This position creates a strain which is a great workout for the muscles as well as for the nerves. This exercise should be repeated 10 times
daily.
