In fact, you might have prepared and had these homemade energy drinks in the past knowning consciously. For example, lime water or 'nimbu paani' is an excellent energy drink that keeps you hydrated in the summer months. It takes just five minutes to prepare lime water but it is very refreshing.
So here are some of the best homemade energy drinks for you to prepare.

Lime Water
On a hot summer day when you sweat a lot, add two tablespoons of lemon juice to a glass of cool water. Then add half a teaspoon of salt and sugar to it and stir well. This lime water helps to put the electrolytes back into your blood stream and maintains the fluid balance in your body.

Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
Nothing like a glass of citrus juice to lift your energy levels. Have a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice early in the morning. This homemade energy drink will make you feel energetic all day long.

Banana Honey Smoothie
Banana is filled with carbs and natural sugars that gives you instant energy. Churn two bananas with milk and a teaspoon of honey in the blender. The resulting banana smoothie will raise you stamina instantly.

Coconut Spiriluna Energy Drink
Coconut water is rich in potassium which is an important electrolyte for the body. Spitiluna is a natural algae that contains a wealth of amino acids. Mix one tablespoon of spiriluna powder in tender coconut water and have it in a gulp.

Apple Cider Vinegar Drink
