Broccoli:
Broccoli is a sure shot remedy for this ailment. This super vegetable is packed with a sulfur compound, namely sulforaphane, which is known to inhibit the enzymes that can cause damage to the joints, thereby reducing the risk of this condition.
Also, broccoli can have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties which largely promote the health of the bones and joints.
Being rich in vitamin K, it also has its positive effects on the bone cartilage. Thus consumption of broccoli can greatly reduce the risk of osteoarthritis, which is a common form of arthritis.

Ginger:
Ginger, the most common spice, sitting in the corner of our kitchen cabinet, has powerful medicinal benefits, especially in treating arthritis.
The most common ingredients of this super spice are the compounds gingerols and shogaols which have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. These properties give a soothing effect to the pain in the joints caused by arthritis.

Garlic:
This powerful anti-inflammatory herbal product can be an ideal choice for the treatment of this disease. Let us understand how! Garlic extracts can easily inhibit the inflammatory cytokines production.

Yogurt:

It acts as a powerful anti-inflammatory agent which can have a soothing effect on the stiffness of joints.
Also, it helps the bones to absorb an essential nutrient, namely calcium to make it strong. The presence of beneficial bacteria in yogurt not only fights against inflammation, but it also helps in strengthening the overall immune system.

Nuts:
Nuts like walnuts and cashew nuts are great for this joint disorder. Walnut being a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids is very effective in the treatment of inflammations.
Also, cashew nut is rich in copper and magnesium which contributes towards the inhibition of free radicals and improving the bone density, thus reducing the symptoms of arthritis.
