Recipe To Prepare The Home Remedy
Ingredients Required :
- Jeera Seeds (Cumin) - 2 teaspoons
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
Jeera seeds are known to be extremely helpful when it comes to reducing period cramps, also known to be used in ancient herbal remedies for the same purpose.
Jeera has the ability to promote a better flow of blood and oxygen to the blood vessels around the uterus, thereby helping in providing relief from menstrual cramps.
Turmeric and honey are natural ingredients that come with anti-inflammatory property, which can provide a quick relief from the menstrual pain.
This mixture of jeera, honey and turmeric can also reduce abdominal bloating caused during periods.

Method To Prepare This Effective Home Remedy:
- Heat some water in a pan.
- Add the suggested amount of ingredients to the pan, while the water is getting heated up.
- Let the water boil along with the added ingredients.
- Now, pour the mixture into a cup.
- Your drink is now ready for consumption.
- Do not strain out the ingredients.
- You can consume the drink twice or thrice in a day, until the pain reduces.
