1. Ginger:
Take a piece of ginger, grind it and then boil it along with water. Allow it to cool and then sip it slowly. You could also squeeze a few drops of ginger juice, mix it with a teaspoon of honey and then have it. This helps in providing relief from the symptoms of food poisoning.
2. Apple Cider Vinegar:
The alkaline content in apple cider vinegar helps in providing relief to the gastrointestinal lining and destroy the bacteria that causes trouble. Add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of warm water. Mix it well and then drink it.
3. Lemon Juice:
Lemon is known for its anti-inflammatory, antiviral and antibacterial properties that help in treating the food poisoning symptoms. Add a few sugar crystals in about two teaspoons of lemon juice and have it about twice a day. This helps in providing relief from the symptoms of food poisoning.
4. Honey:

5. Cumin:

7. Fenugreek:

8. Basil:
