As it makes the area numb, you don't feel the pain for a while. Cold compress is one of the popular methods of relieving shoulder pain. Take a thin towel and put some ice cubes in it. Now, press it on the painful area.


2. Salt Bath:

You will need Epsom salt for this. It improves blood circulation to the affected area and makes the tensed muscles relax. Mix Epsom salt in your warm bath water and soak your whole body into it. Stay in the bathtub for half an hour and you'll really feel the difference.


3. Hot Compress:

Not only for shoulder pain, but hot compress can cure any pain caused by injuries to other parts of your body. Take hot water bag for this or you can take hot shower every day, twice.


4. Turmeric:

The health benefits of turmeric are numerous. To heal shoulder pain, turmeric helps you a lot. The antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties heal swelling and relieve pain. Make a paste with turmeric powder and coconut oil and apply it on the affected area. You'll get a better result within a few days.


5. Ginger Tea:

This is one of the oldest remedies for shoulder pain or any other pain in the body. As ginger enhances blood circulation, it quickly heals your pain. Make green tea and let the ginger steep in boiling water. Add honey to make it more tasty.


6. Lavender Oil:

To make your tired muscles relax and reduce pain, lavender oil is one of the best remedies you can try. You can use a few drops in your bath water and soak yourself in it. Also, you can massage your shoulder with lavender oil. Massaging twice daily can relieve your pain.


7. Apple Cider Vinegar:

While looking for remedies to treat shoulder pain, you can't avoid this tip. You can soak in the solution of warm water and apple cider vinegar every day to relax your tensed muscles. Also, you can drink a solution of ACV, honey and water 2 times in a week for quick healing.
