Insomnia And Home Remedies To Cure It

Here are home remedies for insomnia -
1.Grind some poppy seed and extract the milk from it. Put some sugar and drink it everyday after dinner for good sleep.
2.Extract juice from the celery stalk and mix some honey with it. Take one spoon of it at night.
3.Eat small raw onion salad everyday with dinner.
4.Increase consumption of Vitamin B. This includes wholegrain cereals, nuts and grams. It is one of the best home remedies for insomnia.
5.Boil one liter of water with a tablespoon of lettuce seeds. Boil it till the water reduces to 1/3 of the quantity. Drink this solution once a day.
6.Morning and evening walk is the best cure. Walk after dinner is preferable.
7.Mix equal amount of lavender oil, celery seed paste, chamomile and lemon oil. Apply this balm on the forehead to get good sleep.
8.One of the healthiest home remedies for insomnia is to drink milk at night. This helps in getting good sleep.
9.Include a spoon of ghee in your dinner. It is well know sleep inducer.
These nine home remedies for insomnia brings on good sleep but at the same time also cures the health hazards caused by insomnia.
