Arthritis is a body joint disorder. Arthritis is the inflammation due to disease in the joints. There are two major type of Arthritis -

1.Rheumatoid arthritis - This is the most form of Arthritis and is in connection with the indigestion. Toxins which settle down on different body joints create an infection which then results in joint pain, which later leads to arthritis. This is caused mostly on weight bearing joints.

2.Osteoarthritis – Osteoathritis is caused due to the malfunctioning of the bones. This is the disease of the bones and is worst for woman undergoing menopause. Osteoathritis, generally effects the hands, shoulders etc.

Diet plays a major role in the treating arthritis. Here is what you should include in your arthritis diet -

1.Cherries – Cherries diet for Arthritis is followed widely across Japan. According to this Japanese treatment, cherries should be boiled and made into a syrup. This syrup should be taken in regular intervals. Cherries are a good source for magnesium, which is a natural pain killer and Potassium, which is a natural cure for all kinds of inflammation.

2.Aloe Vera - Aloe Vera is a natural agent to cure the functioning of the body. It may be skin or body organs. Aloe Vera reduces the inflammation and pain by promoting healing properties. It also enhances the immune system and confirms restoration of the body functions. Once the body functions appropriately. Aloe Vera diet for arthritis can be taken directly for by mixing it into food items.

3.Ginger - An arthritis patient should increase to treat the pain. Ginger can be consumed in form of a soup, sauce, tea or salad. Recent medical research in Holland has proved that intake of ginger can treat arthritis pain. Additional pepper to ginger tea, is also helpful.

4.Omega 3 Fatty Acid – Omega 3 fatty acid is the best natural treatment to cure inflammation. The best sources of Omega 3 fatty acid is fish, walnut, almonds, salmon, mackerel etc.

5.Dandelion Leaves - Dandelion leaves is a good source of Vitamin A and C. These leaves can be eaten raw in salads or cooked. This is an European diet for Arthritis.
