Hrithik Roshan, the Greek God of Bollywood, is among the top Bollywood celebrities to achieve the 'Sexiest Man Of Asia' and the 'Third Most Handsome Man Alive' titles.

His sculpted physique, blue-blooded stardom, high energy and effortless moves on the dance floor is what attracts a lot of people. To keep his chiselled body in shape, he trains with Kris Genthin, a world-renowned fitness icon. While prepping for the film Krrish 2, he used to train 4 days a week, twice a day.

His main focus was to increase strength, stamina, endurance and flexibility by doing a wide range of exercises such as lunges, single-legged squats and a perfect mix of cardio and circuit training.

Hrithik also kept his eating habits under control by staying away from chocolates, muffins and cookies. And that is one of the reasons why he is called the Greek God.
