2. Turmeric Lemon Golden Paste

4. Turmeric Lemon Combo With Salads
You can include the turmeric-lemon remedy for stomach fat reduction in your diet by adding one teaspoon of turmeric powder and two teaspoons of lemon juice to your vegetable salads. You can also add ½ a teaspoon of cinnamon oil to this. The anti-inflammatory property of cinnamon plays an excellent role in belly fat reduction.
