Getting the perfect body is everyone's desire, isn't it? Although every one of us aspires for it, it sure comes at a cost- the effort. High Knee Spot Running
An extremely effective exercise not just in burning fat on your abdomen and chest but strengthens your cardiovascular muscles as well. High knee spot running works to rip your things and calf muscles as well. It works to reduce undesirable side flab too.

Burpees
This is another wonderful exercise that works to rip your core and chest by burning undesirable fat. Burpees involves jumping high up in the air with both hands on top, coming down, doing a push up and standing on your feet again- these moves make for one burpee. Burpess have to be done in repetition- say 15 burpess in one set. Doing burpees regularly will unfailingly get you where you want.

Push Ups
Known to be the most basic yet most effective exercise for the perfect body, push ups work you arms, shoulders, chest and abdomen. There are various push ups variations that you can do to focus on specific parts of your body. Wide arm push ups, close arm push ups and diamond push ups are the most prominent ones.

Squats
This is specifically for your thighs and calf muscles. Doing around 15 squats in sets of 3 will be extremely beneficial.

Abs
Just like there are many variations for push ups, there are many variations for crunches. You can perform different variations for lower abs, upper abs and side flab. Iron man is another popular exercise. Holding the iron man position for as long as possible will give you a rock solid core.

Dumbbells
If you do dumbbell variations for your hands along with the above mentioned exercises, you are sure to get the perfect body. You can also do chest workouts at home with dumbbells by lying on two chairs and doing the dumbbell press.

Cardio- Mostly sprinting
Sprinting beings with it impressive benefits as far as toning your body is concerned. So apart from these above mentioned exercises, make sure you go out for a run once in a while- at least every alternate day if not daily. It will really help.
