Exercises For Back Fat
You use your back muscles in almost everything you do. Are you giving them enough attention when it comes to the ugly back fat that bulges from your t-shirt? To get rid of this back fat, you need to build and maintain strong back muscles which can help relieve and prevent back pain too. There are certain forms of exercise which will also help decrease the pain in your back alongside giving you a fat free back.
When you are on a strict workout regime, you also need to follow a strict diet so that it is balanced. It is easy for us to indulge into tasty foods that contain high calories, but to lose weight its a tough challenge. Here are some ways in which you can now get rid of back fat. Try out these easy forms of exercises.

- With the help of a secure bar, you can begin this form of exercise to get rid of back fat. Place your feet on the ground with the knees at a 90 degrees angle, keeping your back straight. Now pull up with your arms to lift your chest to the secured bar. Hold in for about 3 seconds and then lower back to the start. To get started on this form of exercise you need to aim for 3 sets of 10-14 reps. Doing this type of push up will help to decrease the back fat which gives you an ugly appearance.
- On of the most important forms of exercise is that of pull ups. This is also one of the greatest exercises to strengthen your upper back. With the help of a circle resistance band, loop it around the top of your pull up bar. Now wrap it around your feet and pull yourself up. Hold in for about 3 seconds and then lower yourself back down. Do as many reps as you can. If you can only do one or two that is fine. However, try to increase by one every week so that you can get rid of your back fat.
- You can now try to lose your back fat with the help of small weights. Try the weights which are of 2-5 pounds first. You need to first sit on the edge of a chair and lean forward from your waist, keeping your back straight. Place your palms to face each other, holding the weights. Now, raise your arms up and out until your weights are at the shoulder height. Try this form of exercise with 3 sets of 10-12 reps.
- With the weight in each hand, get into a push up position. Now, place all of your weight on your left arm, picking up your right arm to your side using the weight/dumbbell. Keep your abs engaged the entire time so that your hips are squared to the ground. You can start this form of exercise for 10-12 reps before repeating on the other side.
These are some of the forms of exercises to get rid of back fat. You can also follow a strict diet to get rid of your ugly fat back.
