Mango Sauce recipe – Thailand Recipe

Ingredients:

1. 2 ripe mangoes (peeled, pulp scooped and made into paste)

2. 2 tsp soy sauce

3. 4 tsp coconut milk

4. 2 tsp thai chili sauce

5. 2 tsp sugar

6. 3 cloves garlic pods, minced

7. 1 tsp lime juice

8. 1/4 tsp turmeric

9. 1/4 tsp dried crushed chili

Mango Sauce Preparation:

1. Blend all the ingredients well in a blender or a processor (sauce consistency) and your tasty mango sauce is ready.

2. You can even marinade mango pulp and then blend into sauce for a tangy taste.
