Peas Pulao Recipe – Indian Microwave Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. 1 Cup basmati rice
  2. 1/2 Cup peas
  3. 1 Clove
  4. 1 Cardamom
  5. 1 Piece of Cinnamon
  6. 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  7. Salt to taste
  8. ' cup Chopped Onion
  9. 2-3 Green chilies
  10. 2 tsp Olive Oil
  11. Fresh coconut
  12. 2 Cups water

How to make microwave peas pulao?

1. Clean rice and soak in water for about half an hour.
2. Cook a cup of soaked rice, peas in two cups of water upto 10 minutes.
3. Grind all the spices with chilies and coconut.
4. Fry the ground mixture in a teaspoon of oil and add to the cooked rice.
5. Mix the peas pulao masala well and add salt.
6. Cook the peas pulao once again by seeting the microwave at 165 degree F for about half a minute. Tasty indian microwave recipe ready to serve.
