Microwave Idli Recipe – Easiest & Healthiest Breakfast Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Raw Rice (soaked overnight)
- 1 cup Urad Dal (soaked overnight) / instant batter can also be used
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Oil for greasing
- Pinch of Baking Soda (optional)
How To Prepare Microwave Idlis?
- Add all the ingredients to the grinder and grind well into semi smooth batter.
- Fill the moulds with the batter and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- After 10- 12 minutes, press your finger into the baked idlis to check if it has baked completely. Tasty microwave idlis ready to serve.
You can follow the same procedure for microwave rava idli.
For chutney, combine all the mint leaves, coriander leaves, chilies, fried gram, salt, tamarind water, jaggery and coconut, and grind it finely into paste. Season with fried mustard seeds and asafoetida, and your idli chutney is ready for breakfast.
