Spicy Dahi Poha, A Happy Tummy Treat!

Spicy Dahi Poha Recipe – Seasonal Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Cup Rice Flakes (pressed rice)
2 Cups thick Curds
2 Red Chillies
4-5 Curry leaves
1/2" Ginger (finely chopped)
Fresh Cilantro (finely chopped)
1/4 Cup Pomegranate
1/4 tsp Carom Seeds
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
Salt to taste
1 tsp Urad dal
' tsp gram dal
1 tsp Oil
Salt to taste
Healthy Poha Method:
1. Soak the rice flakes in water and leave aside till it gets soft.
2. Beat the curds well and add the soaked rice flakes. Mix well.
3. To the hot oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, carom seeds, urad dal, gram dal, ginger, red chillies, curry leaves and fry them for a few minutes (one after another in the same order).
4. Pour the fried mixture to the curd mixture. Add pomegranate seeds, chopped cilantro, salt and mix well. Yummy curd recipe is ready eat.
You can relish the tasty and spicy dahi poha with pickles or chutneys.
