Banana Pancakes: Breakfast Recipe
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. A light and unhealthy breakfast will lead to health problems like indigestion, gas, constipation to name a few. Lethargy and headache are among other health problems that you can face if you skip your breakfast or do not eat the right food.
Breakfast should be nutritious and heavy. You can eat some bananas for breakfast. They are healthy and filling too. Bananas also boost the immune system and also keeps you energetic whole day. If you are on diet, then the morning banana diet is ideal for you. It will aid weight loss and is easy to follow diet. The morning banana diet plan is simple and doesn't require any strict workout regime which is why many dieters love to follow this diet.

Ingredients
- Maida- ½ cup
- Rice flour- 2tbsp
- Baking powder- 1tsp
- Sugar- 2tbsp
- Milk- 1-1½ cup
- Egg- 1
- Bananas- 3 (mashed)
- Blueberries- for garnishing
- Butter- 2tbsp
Procedure
- In a bowl, mix maida, rice flour, baking powder and sugar.
- Dig a hole on the middle of the powder ingredients with your finger. Add milk, butter, egg and knead.
- Add the mashed banana and mix well to knead a soft and thick dough.
- Heat a frying pan on a medium flame.
- When it turns hot, cook medium sized pancakes using butter. Cook on both the sides till they turn brown.
- Once done, put the pancake on a plate. Cook the remaining pancakes with the dough.
Garnish the banana pancakes with sliced bananas and blueberries. Sprinkle white castor sugar.
