Sugar Free Recipe: Tasty Brown Rice Pudding

Today being the “World Diabetes Day", we have come up with a delicious sugar free dessert recipe called the 'Brown Rice Pudding'. It can be prepared for all family occasions and even celebrations like Thanksgiving and Christmas. Take a look and find out how to go about with the brown rice pudding.

November 14th being dedicated to children (Children's Day), the recipe can also be made for them. The aged and children with diabetes can also enjoy the healthy sugar free dessert recipe.

Sugar Free Recipe: Tasty Brown Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

  1. 3-4 cups rice milk or skimmed milk
  2. 1/3 cup brown rice
  3. 1/4 cup brown rice syrup
  4. 3 tbsp maple syrup/ honey
  5. 1/4 tsp cardamom powder and clove
  6. 1/4 cup cashews or raisins (optional)

Brown Rice Pudding Preparation:
1. Pressure Cook brown rice with milk and syrups for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle cardamom powder and add cashews with raisins. Tasty brown rice pudding is ready.
2. Refrigerate the sugar free dessert recipe and serve.
