Apple Crumble, UK's Favorite Recipe

Apple Crumble Recipe -
Ingredients :
1. 300g flour (sieved)
2. Pinch of salt
3. 1 cup sugar (brown)
4. 200g unsalted butter (cubed)
For the Apple filling:
1. 2 big apples (peeled and cut into small cubes)
2. 50g sugar (brown)
3. 2 tsp butter
4. Pinch of cinnamon powder
Method :
1. Preheat the oven to 175C
2. For the crumble, combine flour, salt and sugar well and add a butter cube until it forms crumbs (resembles breadcrumbs).
3. For the apple filling, heat butter in a pan and add cut apples and bake for 5 minutes. Add sugar (according to taste) and cinnamon powder and stir well for 2 more minutes on simmer. Turn off the gas and leave aside to cool.
4. Grease the pudding dish with a teaspoon of melted butter
5. Add a teaspoon of the apple mixture and sprinkle the crumbles on the mixture and bake until the crumbles turn crispy and golden brown. (about 45 minutes). Delicious Apple Crumble recipe is ready to serve.
