Ingredients
Steamed Noodles – 1 Pac
Mashed Potatoes – 4
Chopped Onions - 2
Cubed Carrots – 3
Chopped Beans – 25 gms
Finly chopped Cauli Flower – 6 Flowers
Garlic – 5 cloves
Butter – 2 tbsp
Oil – 1 Cup
Salt – To Taste
Pepper – To Taste
Method
Mix the noodle with few drops of oil and keep aside.
Blanch the carrots, beans, cauliflower and drain all the water.
Finely chop the garlic and roast in butter.
In a bowl, blend the mashed potatoes, fried garlic, onion and the vegetables with butter.
Add salt and Pepper.
Take a lump of the mix and a lump of the noodle.
Mix the two into a ball.
In the remaining butter add oil and heat.
Shallow fry the ball in low flame.
Pat some butter before serving.
