Ingredients:
1' Cups Avalakki/ Poha/ Flattened Rice
1 Raw Potato, Grated
1 Onion, Chopped
4 Green Chilies
'" Ginger, Chopped
1tsp Asafoetida
2tbsp Coriander Leaves
Salt to taste
1tsp Cooking Soda
2tbsp Maida/Refined Flour
1tbsp Lemon Juice
2tbsp Pudina/Mint Leaves, Chopped
Method:
Soak Avalakki for 5minutes in a mixing bowl.
Add all the other ingredients to it and mix well.
Divide into equal portions.
Flatten each portion into the shape of cutlet and deep fry till done.
