Lychee Tea Recipe -

Ingredients:
1.1/2 cup lychee (slices or 4 peels)
2.2 tsp sugar (preferably rock sugar)
3.1/4 tsp ginger (paste or grated)
4.2 tsp tea / black tea / lychee Black Tea
5.2 cups of water
Method:
1.Boil water in a pot and add 2 tsp of tea powder or tea leaves.
2.When the tea decoction is ready, add lychee peels, sugar and ginger to the pot.
3.After 5 minutes filter the tea and leave it to cool.
