Yummy Fish Sandwich

Parents wake up early morning to prepare tiffin lunch for their kids. Very often they prepare the same food item for the kids something which is easy to make it. It is good to change the food product time to time containing carbohydrates, proteins and starch. Here is fish sandwich that will boost your child's growth both physically and mentally. Fish is reach in calcium and vitamin A which enhance the growth of child's physic. So, Hurry!Prepare this item for your kids by looking through the recipe.

Ingredients:

Bread slices - 8
Fish fillet - 250 gm
or
Tofu - 150gm
Mint leaves - i¿' cup
Coriander leaves - 1 cup
Green chillies - 3-4
Onion - 1 small
Garlic - 6 flakes
Ginger - a slice
Cumin - 1 tsp
Roasted gram - 2-3 tbsp
Salt & lime juice - to taste
Sugar - 1 tsp optional

Grind all the ingredients together. You will not need any water as the onion and the green leaves will give out enough moisture to grind the ingredients to a paste.

Method:

1.Apply salt, freshly crushed back pepper and lime juice to taste to the fish.
2.Leave aside for 10 minutes. Steam for10 minutes. Cool and chop.
3.If using tofu, cut it into small pieces and toss in salt, freshly ground black pepper and lime juice to taste.
4.Spread the bread slices with chutney and sandwich two slices together with fish or tofu.
5.Make four sandwiches. Cut each sandwich into two parts.

The time taken to prepare this yummy fish sandwich is only 15 to 30 minutes.
