Yummy Fish Sandwich

Ginger

Sugar

Grind all the ingredients together. You will not need any water as the onion and the green leaves will give out enough moisture to grind the ingredients to a paste.
Method:
1.Apply
salt,
freshly
crushed
back
pepper
and
lime
juice
to
taste
to
the
fish.
2.Leave
aside
for
10
minutes.
Steam
for10
minutes.
Cool
and
chop.
3.If
using
tofu,
cut
it
into
small
pieces
and
toss
in
salt,
freshly
ground
black
pepper
and
lime
juice
to
taste.
4.Spread
the
bread
slices
with
chutney
and
sandwich
two
slices
together
with
fish
or
tofu.
5.Make
four
sandwiches.
Cut
each
sandwich
into
two
parts.
The time taken to prepare this yummy fish sandwich is only 15 to 30 minutes.
