Method
Wash
the
Minced
Mutton
thoroughly.
Tie
it
in
a
cloth
and
hang
it,
till
all
the
water
has
drained.
In
a
vessel
marinate
the
mutton
with
all
the
ingredients
for
half
an
hour.
After
done,
make
small
balls
and
fry
till
it
is
brown.
Serve
Hot.
