Ingredients
Minced Mutton - ' Kg
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tsp
Dhania Jeera Power – 1 Tbsp
Jeera – 1Tsp
Egg – 1
Soda Bicarb - ' Tsp
Green Chillies – 4 chopped
Oil – To Fry
Salt – To Taste
Method
Wash the Minced Mutton thoroughly.
Tie it in a cloth and hang it, till all the water has drained.
In a vessel marinate the mutton with all the ingredients for half an hour.
After done, make small balls and fry till it is brown.
Serve Hot.
