Microwave Mutton Gravy Recipe For Lunch
Today, most of us the microwave ovens since it saves us a lot of time. The microwave oven is a boon for the working people as they no longer have to slave in the kitchen for hours to prepare a meal for the family. It is often thought that the food cooked in the microwave oven lacks taste when compared to the food cooked in conventional methods. Still, there are tons of people who still prefer microwave cooking as it is the best time saving option.
This afternoon, Boldsky gives to you an easy way of preparing mutton gravy in the microwave. The microwave mutton curry gravy is a great recipe you can prepare it if you are lover of everything non-vegetarian.

Ingredients
- Mutton- ½ kg (boneless boiled cubes)
- Cardamoms - 6
- Bay leaf- 2
- Oil- 2tbsp
- Saffron - 1 pinch
- Garlic- 2tbsp (paste)
- Cinnamon- 4
- Cloves- 3
- Curd- 200 gms
- Pepper- 1tsp
- Ginger- 3tbsp (paste)
- Green chilli- 3 (sliced)
- Salt to taste
Procedure
- In a pan, heat the required amount of oil. When the oil is hot, drop in the cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and bay leaf.
- Saute the ingredients well and then add the ginger, garlic, and the sliced green chillies to the pan.
- Saute the ingredients well together until it is cooked well.
- Now add the cup of curd slowly to the pan. Bring the curd to a slight boil and drop in the boiled boneless cubes of mutton.
- Now give the mixture a slight stir and pour the ingredients into a microwave dish.
- Add in the salt, pepper, turmeric and bay leaf.
- Place the dish in the microwave and set the timer for 5-6 minutes.
- When the timer goes off, remove the mutton gravy from the microwave and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
Your microwave mutton gravy is now ready to eat. To complete the dish, squeeze a lemon over the gravy to give it that tangy taste.
