Father's Day 2014 is just around the corner. So you must have planned something for your dad. The daughters usually plan an elaborate four course meal for daddy and get all the credit for it. The sons get stuck because they can't cook much of food that is edible. And then they are only left with the option of taking their dad out for dinner. But on Father's Day 2014, we are going to change the rules around a little bit by making instant noodles with eggs for your dad.

INDIAN STYLE GARLIC NOODLES

You must be thinking, how can you make instant noodles for your dad on Father's Day. Won't it be too cheap? Actually you are getting it all wrong. Your dad is also a guy like you and instant noodles with eggs used to be his staple diet in the hostel just like it is yours. If you do not know how to cook, no need to shell out so much cash. Just make instant noodles with eggs using this recipe. This will be a special Father's Day recipe because it will make your father go back to his college days again.

Fathers Day 2014 | Instant Noodles With Eggs | Recipe

Serves: 2 (Father & Son)
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • Instant noodles- 2
  • Onion- 1 (chopped)
  • Bell pepper- ½ cup (chopped)
  • Tomato- ½ cup (chopped)
  • Green chillies- 2 (chopped)
  • Eggs- 3 (beaten)
  • Oil- 1tbsp

Procedure

  1. Place a pan on the flame and boil 2 cups of water in it.
  2. When it starts bubbling, add the tastemaker and then the noodles.
  3. When the noodles are getting cooked, take another pan and add oil to it.
  4. Sauté the onions in this pan and add the green chillies.
  5. Then add the bell peppers and tomatoes to the pan.
  6. Pour the cooked noodles into the pan with the sautéed vegetables and mix it well.
  7. Now poach the eggs on another pan and place it on top of the noodles.

Your instant noodles with eggs are ready and so is your Father's Day 2014 treat!
