Almonds are rich in vitamin E which makes it an ideal choice for pampering your nails. Massage your nails with almond oil periodically to promote nail growth. You can also make a paste out of almonds and apply it as a mask over the cuticles. When the paste is dry, rinse your fingers and toes with rose water.

Leafy Greens is rich in iron. Grind a handful of spinach leaves to paste. Add one tablespoon of honey to the paste and apply it to your cuticles. This homemade vitamin treatment enriches your nail, making them glow beautifully and naturally.

Vitamin B12

Eggs and cheese are dense with the presence of vitamin B12. Grate one cube of cheese and leave aside. Whip up an egg without the yolk. Add the grated cheese to the white and whisk it.

Melt half a bar of dark chocolate. Now apply this melted chocolate like a mask over your finger and toe nails. Allow it to dry in room temperature. Now soak your fingers and toes in rose water and gently remove the chocolate from the nails. When done with this procedure, wipe your fingers and toes dry.
