Chili powder - as per preference

1. Wash the tapioca well.
2. Remove the skin on all sides.
3. Slice it into pieces.
4. Heat oil and place the tapioca pieces in to the oil.
5. Keep the flame on medium, so that the tapioca pieces cook thoroughly.
6. Once they stop sizzling, it is an indication that the chips are fried.
7. Season and toss it with salt and chilli powder.

- 2. Make sure that the oil is sufficiently hot before dropping the tapioca slices into it.
