Boneless Chilli Chicken Recipe For Ramzan
This Ramzan, especially during Iftar, greet your near and dear ones and treat them to some boneless chilli chicken recipe that they'd definitely praise you for. Read to know the recipe.
Chilli chicken is one of the most authentic Chinese dishes that has become popular worldwide. Preparing it is quite easy and it tastes awesome. If you want to eat something spicy during the Ramzan time, especially during Iftar, we'd suggest this amazing dish.
This variation from the other authentic chicken recipes can be tried and this would surely leave the younger generation asking for more.

Serves: 1 plate

Boneless chicken (diced) - 350 g
Corn flour - ½ cup
Egg (beaten) - 1
Garlic paste - ½ tsp
Ginger paste - ½ tsp
Oil for deep frying
Salt as per taste
Onions (thickly sliced) - 2 cups
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Green chillies (thickly sliced and remove the seeds) - 2
Vinegar - 2 tbsp
Water as per needed

1. Make a batter with corn flour, ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, egg and water.
2. Coat the chicken pieces well into the batter.
3. Take a deep bottomed kadai.
4. Heat oil for deep frying.
5. Fry the chicken pieces in the oil.
6. On the other side, heat the oil and fry the onions.
7. Add green chillies.
8. Add soy sauce, vinegar, and the fried chicken pieces into the kadai and toss well.
9. Allow it to blend for 5 minutes.
10. Chicken is ready to be served.
