- ½ cup thick curd
- 3 tablespoons of low-fat cream
- 1 tablespoon of besan or arrowroot powder
- 2 teaspoons of Ginger-Garlic Paste
- ½ teaspoon of ajwain
- 2 teaspoons of Kashmiri red chili powder
- ½ teaspoon of Garam Masala Powder
- 1 teaspoon of chaat masala powder
- 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
- ½ teaspoon of Kasuri methi
- ¼ teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 drop of orange food colour extract (optional)
- black salt, as required
- 3 tablespoon oil for frying
