Lemon juice: Make sure you drink healthy fluids like lemon juice. For effective postnatal weight loss, do not add sugar. Replace sugar with the healthy and fat-burning honey. Lemon and honey juice is very effective for burning away fat deposits in the body. After delivery, women can have lemon and honey juice first thing in the morning. Drink a glass of freshly prepared honey and lemon juice on empty stomach. It also flushes out toxins and keeps the stomach clean.
Hot lemon water: Make sure you drink hot water all day long. Hot water is known for its weight loss benefits. After having meals, do not have water immediately. If you feel thirsty, have few sips to soothe your dry throat. After 30 -60 minutes, have a glass of hot water. You can add lemon especially after meals in it to get effective results. 3 glasses of hot lemon water are sufficient for postnatal weight loss.
Lemon Dressing: Salads are essential dishes to be included in your postnatal weight loss diet. Salad dressing can be really fattening especially if it has cream and mayonnaise. So for postnatal weight loss, use lemon for dressing your salad.
